Cornerstone Development
Cornerstone is a proposed new development that would be revitalizing some of the area by Essentia Health in Duluth. The brandmark uses a version of essentia's color scheme and uses green as a call out for emphasise. The wordmark is enclosed in a rounded rectangle to resemble a street sign and uses the green to emphasise the corner becasue the location is on a corner of a busy intersection. The top corner resembles a cross for the Essentia hospital down the street but also has lines through it to resemble a 4 way intersection.
